Property Manager is a professional who is hired by real estate owners to manage their rental properties on their behalf. A property manager may be an individual or a company and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property, including advertising vacancies, screening tenants, collecting rent, making sure the tenants have insurance and handling repairs and maintenance.
